Within a week of using this twice a day, I can actually run my fingers over my face and not feel a million tiny bumps. My nose is not even blackhead central anymore. My complexion is brighter, clearer, and cleaner. I use this exactly as directed: alone at night after cleansing, and alone in the morning after cleansing and under makeup. I rarely need an extra moisturizer or acne spot treatment because it balances my skin to normal. I also use a Pretika facial sonic brush and an eye cream twice a day.
